Today we launched a version update to our popular Lesson & Topic Progression Using Storyline / Captivate for LearnDash – WordPress Plugin (Version 1.3.0b). This new update adds a much requested feature to our plugin which is the ability to activate the LearnDash ‘Mark Complete’ process on either a lesson or topic page using a Storyline or Captivate activity launched in a new browser tab!
This plugin update is available immediately to all existing and new customers that purchase our premium plugin version from today.
All existing plugin functionality as listed on the product page remains available and unaffected by this new update. The ability to activate the Mark Complete process in LearnDash from a new browser tab is completely optional.
In order to take advantage of this new feature you will need to perform some configuration work on both the lesson/topic page that launches the eLearning content, and within your eLearning software itself where a new Execute JavaScript command must be put in place.

Our free plugin version continues to be very popular both from downloads here on Discover eLearning’s website, as well as on the official WordPress plugin repository, which at time of writing is very close to the 1000 active installs milestone! We aim to also bring this functionality to our free plugin version very soon.
