Campaign List View

Clicking on the Impact Focus menu link in the left-hand WordPress Admin Screen at any stage will display the list of all your existing campaigns. This includes drafts (unpublished campaigns), published campaigns (which are currently active), and completed campaigns:

The Campaign List view provides quick access information which tells you:

Date – When the campaign was published

Registered Users – The total number of users that have been assigned to the campaign

Live Users – The total number of ‘Registered Users’ that are currently receiving daily challenge emails from the campaign

Complete Users – The total number of ‘Registered Users’ that have answered the designated number of questions for the campaign (as set within the Campaign Setting Tab for the Campaign) and therefore have completed the Campaign (no longer receiving daily challenge emails)

Campaign Status – The status of any campaign can either be:

Draft – A Campaign that has yet to be published in WordPress

Active – A Campaign which is currently sending daily challenge emails to assigned ‘Live Users’

Campaign Ended – A Campaign which has either been ended manually by a WordPress Admin, or has reached the set ‘End On Calendar Date’ value as entered in the Campaign Setting Tab for the Campaign
