Assign Users To A Knowledge Check Campaign Once They Complete A LearnDash Course
As soon as the Impact Focus LearnDash LMS Add-on plugin has been activated, a new set of options will become available on all Add/Edit Impact Focus Campaign screens:
The first selection box allows you to assign any LearnDash course created on your WordPress platform to the Impact Focus Campaign.
The second left-to-right selection box then allows you to select the LearnDash Group (or collection of LearnDash Groups) that a user must be assigned to in order to be automatically added to the campaign when they complete the selected course. If you select multiple groups, users will be added if they belong to at least one of the selected groups.
The user will be assigned to the Impact Focus campaign when they complete the LearnDash course. They’ll also be added if a Group Leader or Administrator marks the course as complete on behalf of the user. They can do this in the user’s WordPress User Profile.
Troubleshooting The Impact Focus LearnDash LMS Add-on
This feature of Impact Focus LearnDash LMS Add-on will not work unless you have added at least one Group. To allow every platform user (regardless of LearnDash Group assignment) to be added to the campaign, create a secret Group that contains all platform users and assign that Group to the campaign.
There’s no need to create multiple versions of your Campaign and Question Bank to assign different groups. The multiple group selection allows you to assign as many groups as you wish. The Group Leader reporting shortcode extension ensures that Group Leaders only see the data pertaining to their specific LearnDash Group.
